First-Years' Limited Edition Shirt Authorization Letter for Agent Pickup

If you need a friend or family member to collect the First-Years' Limited Edition Shirt on your behalf, please complete the online registration yourself first, and fill out the Authorization Letter (must be signed by both you and the authorized person; e-signatures are allowed, but typed names are not). On the day of pickup, your agent must present your registration confirmation email (or a screenshot) and a printed copy of the signed Authorization Letter. The shirt will be issued after identity verification is completed.
